FAQs
What is The Performance Psychology Collective (PPC)?
1.
PPC is a consulting group that helps leaders, teams, and organizations unlock their potential through psychologically grounded evidence-based approaches. We focus on cultivating identity, mindset, and relationships—not just goals—to create sustainable high performance.
How is PPC different from traditional leadership or business consulting?
2.
Unlike traditional consulting that centers primarily on strategy or outputs, we begin with who people are, not just what they do. We help clients build psychological safety, resilience, and relational strength—the foundations of transformative learning and long-term growth. Our work bridges human psychology, individual potential, and organizational performance.
What types of organizations do you work with?
3.
We partner with a wide range of organizations, international business services firms, including corporate teams, nonprofits, startups, educational institutions, and mission-driven enterprises. Whether you’re navigating rapid growth, leadership transitions, or cultural challenges, our approach scales to meet your needs.
Do you work with individuals or only teams?
4.
We work with both individuals and teams. We support executives, emerging leaders, and high performers through one-on-one coaching/consulting, while also facilitating team development, group learning experiences, and organizational transformation initiatives.
What challenges can PPC help us address?
5.
Common challenges include low team engagement, leadership burnout, communication breakdowns, change resistance, underperformance, and ineffective collaboration. We also support organizations seeking to strengthen culture, improve psychological safety, and build readiness for growth. Every engagement is custom-designed to align with your culture, goals, and unique identity as a team or organization.
Is this approach appropriate even if our organization is performing well?
6.
Absolutely. Peak performance psychology isn’t just for teams in crisis—it’s for organizations committed to continual growth. Many of our clients engage us when they’re already successful but want to deepen resilience, strengthen culture, or prepare for their next evolution.
What outcomes can we expect from working with PPC?
7.
Clients often experience stronger relationships, clearer communication, improved resilience, enhanced leadership capacity, and higher levels of engagement. Ultimately, these human-centered gains translate into better organizational performance and business outcomes.
How long does a typical engagement last?
8.
Engagements vary depending on scope and goals. Individual coaching programs typically span 9-12 months, while team or organizational engagements may extend from a single workshop to multi-phase initiatives lasting 6–18 months. A large percentage of our clients wish to continue work with us after our initial engagement ends.
What does it cost?
9.
Our rates are competitive with industry standards. Insurance does not reimburse for performance psychology services. Some individuals choose to use their organization’s professional development funds or wellness allowance. Please reach out to us for a conversation, so we can provide you with services that meet your budgetary needs.
How can we get started with PPC?
10.
The first step is a conversation. We offer an initial consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and aspirations. From there, we co-create a tailored plan that aligns mindset, behavior, and belief to help your people—and your business—thrive.
