What Sets Us Apart
A Modern Approach to Performance Psychology
What makes PPC Unique? Not only do we have education and training in performance psychology, but our team also has extensive experience serving rising leaders and senior leaders in Big Four consulting firms, Fortune 100 companies, and biomedical organizations. Although some of us have additional expertise, we focus on performance, helping leaders and leadership teams execute clearly, lead confidently, and perform when the pressure is highest.
This is not general wellness or mental health treatment. Many organizations provide access or reimbursement for clinical needs, but high performers are left without resources to guide them toward sustained success in the workspace. We built our practice to close that gap.
What leaders are saying about how our services have made a difference:
“Once I was able to get clarity on my values and what really drives me, I realized that I can change the way I work and still be successful. I work way less hours now and actually have stronger metrics.”
“I am so much better equipped to communicate with my team in a way that resonates with their needs. I am no longer having the same conversations about needing them to be more efficient or productive. They are sending me things to review on time, and the work is at a quality where I don’t need to spend hours trying to fix it.”
“I went from questioning my commitment to this firm to feeling confident and energized about my place here. I initially didn’t see the possibility of “thriving rather than surviving” but I have learned to take more control over my experience, and it has been a game changer.”
“I find this (performance psychology) incredibly helpful. All of it. One example is when we discussed and practiced visualizing outcomes; and at least one of the outcomes had to be where things didn’t go as planned and I had to make a major adjustment. Like clockwork that very thing happened when the venue for a major business pitch was changed at the last minute. I didn’t miss a beat. We won the work.”
