Angie Winter
Ph.D., CMPC, PCC
With over 20 years of experience, Angie has coached C-Suite leaders, Big Four consulting firm senior leaders, Army officers, elite athletes, and new and emerging leaders. Her style is a blend of pure executive coaching where she asks empowering questions to help guide the client to their own self-discovery and performance consulting where she shares tools, skills, and strategies based on best practices of high performing individuals and teams. Her coaching is influenced by humanistic, person-centered, and cognitive psychology, as well as mindfulness, psychological skills, and the GROW model.
Angie’s goal is to help leaders to navigate whatever challenges they are facing with a productive mindset, while also understanding the role they play in the situation, and create powerful action plans to move toward sustainable change in their lives.
Angie’s doctorate is in Sport and Performance Psychology. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF-PCC) and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and a Fellow through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (CMPC-FAASP). Coaching is a journey, but one that ultimately pays dividends by improving performance, reducing stress, and creating greater life satisfaction and enjoyment. Successful coaching not only helps clients to achieve professional goals but also helps them to maximize their presence and connection in their personal lives as well. She believes leaders can have the success they crave at work but also balance joy and life satisfaction.
Angie is based in Pittsburgh, PA and loves running, cooking/baking, and reading fiction, and spending the rest of her time creating joyful experiences with her husband and son.
